There are many bears that live on our earth. The ones that we will be studying about in this webquest are grizzly bears, black bears, brown bears and polar bears.  Each of these bears live in different places.  They also look differently even though they are bears.  Most bears live in the woods.  One of those bears does not live in the woods.  Can you guess which one it is?   Think about where you don't find many trees and it is cold.

After each webquest session, you will be drawing a bear on a piece of construction paper that your teacher will keep in a folder for you. After all of your pictures are done, you will stitch them together with yarn.  When you get done with the webquest, your class will write some facts on each bear together.  You will aslo be able to identify each bear for your teacher when your quilt is done.

Before we go on let's take a look at some Bear Facts.
