Writing Portfolio Update:

                Feature Article begun in 4th grade, with assistance from Amy Ford and Dayna Lykins in Technology; students have begun research, found sources of information for bibliography, and learned how to use Publisher in Technology class.

                Lynda Davis will be in Frankfort all day on March 10th to attend a Writing Portfolio Scoring Training session (Kay Clark will be her sub).  After session, date to be decided when Lynda will offer 6-hr. training session for teachers who will be scoring portfolios in May.

                ESS--Writing Lab:  requested Mrs. Adams to consider three weeks in April for 4th grade teachers to teach ESS and assist referred students with completion of Writing Portfolio pieces.  Exact dates and times to be decided upon after response from Mrs. Adams.

                Started a consistent schedule of teacher/class signups for the Writing Lab, so 4th grade teachers can fairly share lab time.
