Members Present: Glendon Carlton, Janie Fields, Doug Germann, Amy Ford, Tanya Butler and Julie Galbraith.  Pam Mitchell was unable to attend because she was scoring portfolios.

  1. Discussion:
    1. Amy proposed that new microphones and a new computer with a DVD+RW/ CD-RW for the main computer lab be purchased.  Glendon Carlton suggested that we would be able purchase 2 refurbished Dell computers that meet KETS standards with the PTA $1500 and have money to purchase new microphones.
    2. PTA Questionnaires completed by most teachers were turned into Amy.   
    3. Stonewall is having a school-wide telephone book collection drive. One intermediate and one primary classroom will earn a classroom pizza party by collecting the most phonebooks. Information was posted on our web site about our telephone book collection drive.
    4. The new computers will be ghosted (set up for classroom use) and distributed next week.  Those classrooms with the oldest computers will be receiving new computers.  All classrooms will have at least one Windows XP machine.
  1. Action taken:
    1. Glendon Carlton will let Amy what information he has found out about the computers.  Amy will make an order for the microphones.
    2. Questionnaires will be gathered, processed and given to the PTA.
    3. The telephone book drive continues.  Proceeds will go towards the purchasing of new technology.
    4. Computers that are classroom ready will be distributed.
