Attendees:  Janie Fields, Glendon Carlton, Tanya Butler, Doug Germann, Julie Galbraith, Pam Mitchell and Amy Ford

Funding for New Computers:

q       We welcomed Glendon Carlton, PTA technology representative, to our meeting.

q       Pam Mitchell reported on Krispy Kreme fundraiser.  Selling gift cards and gift certificates were included as options for raising funds.  A fifty percent profit is made from each certificate or card sold.

q       Janie Fields will check on permission on advertising of the collection of empty printer cartridges and possibly old cell phone recycling.

q       Pam Mitchell attended the SBDM meeting and PTA meeting to get approval for the selling of the pizza kits. Thank you Pam!

q       Tanya Butler reported that Tech Environments is currently not donating any computers.

q       Amy Ford registered Stonewall to sell Little Caesar’s pizza kits.  March 23rd will be the pick up date for the pizza kits.

q       It was decided that order forms could be taken home and brought back to school by Feb. 25th. All orders will be pre-paid. Debbie Scott graciously volunteered to help us with pick up for the pizza kits. Thank you Debbie!

q       Julie Galbraith will make an announcement to the teachers about selling the Little Caesar’s Pizza Kits at the next faculty meeting.

q       The committee will be working on creating a letter to send out to businesses for donations.
