We
welcomed Glendon Carlton, PTA technology representative, to our meeting.

Pam
Mitchell reported on Krispy Kreme fundraiser.
Selling gift cards and gift certificates were included as options for
raising funds. A fifty percent
profit is made from each certificate or card sold.

Janie
Fields will check on permission on advertising of the collection of empty
printer cartridges and possibly old cell phone recycling.

Pam
Mitchell attended the SBDM meeting and PTA meeting to get approval for the
selling of the pizza kits. Thank you Pam!

Tanya
Butler reported that Tech Environments is currently not donating any computers.
q
Amy
Ford registered Stonewall to sell Little Caesar’s pizza kits.
March 23rd will be the pick up date for the pizza kits.
q
It
was decided that order forms could be taken home and brought back to school by
Feb. 25th. All orders will be pre-paid. Debbie Scott graciously
volunteered to help us with pick up for the pizza kits. Thank you Debbie!

Julie
Galbraith will make an announcement to the teachers about selling the Little
Caesar’s Pizza Kits at the next faculty meeting.
q
The
committee will be working on creating a letter to send out to businesses for
donations.
