November 6, 2001

Members Present:  Stacie Musgrave, Cynthia Turner, Dana Hougland, Sue Kolka, Donna Lansden, Janie Fields and Amy Ford

Agenda:

v      Computer Applications – The committee agreed upon having teachers fill out a computer request form if they would like to have another computer in their room.  However, making sure that all homeroom classrooms have two networked computer is top priority.  All exceptions will be heard by the committee and then voted upon. The Request Form includes addressing core content, curriculum assessment and test score weaknesses.

v      Scan Converters – The scan converters on Ebay have been going for higher prices than for what the school can purchase.  It was voted on and approved to just order the other scan converters with the already approved PTA money.

v      Compaq vs Dell – Due to the lack of acceptable customer service in the past, the committee decided to change from Compaq machines to Dell.  This was upon the advice of Amy and Janie.

v      Consolidated Plan – To be discussed at the next meeting.
