Discussion on each item:

1. Cafeteria worker appreciation week is March 7^th through March 11^th. Teacher assistant appreciation week is April 11^th through April 15^th.   Office/Secretary week will be April 25^th through April 29^th.

2.  Retirement Dinner for Mr. Mc. Caw  will be May 12, 2005 at Spindletop Hall at 6:30 in the Oak room

Action taken on each item:

1.  Teachers will be notified by email to participate in a card shower for cafeteria staff.  Eileen Haggard will be reminded about producing a video to thank cafeteria staff to be shown on Eye on Stonewall.

2.  Tami Hoots, PTA hospitality chairperson will be asked to help with special food for the assistants’ week.

3.  Retirement Dinner: Members of the committee were given assignments in planning the details of the dinner.
