1. Report was given of the Dec. and Jan. flowers, cards and gift certificates.  Eileen requests help in dividing up the job of buying and sending future cards, certificates, etc.

3. Discussion of a staff “secret cupid” week for Valentines Day

Action taken on each item:

3.     It was decided to hold a “secret cupid” week starting Feb. 8and ending Feb.14^th for all who wish to participate to help build community and provide a fun, creative outlet to get to know each other as a staff more..  Information and handouts will be given at the Jan. 11^th faculty meeting.  Debbie Moore is composing the handouts and will have handouts ready for the staff.
