STONEWALL SOCIAL COMMITTEE JANUARY MINUTES

MEMBERS PRESENT:  Karen Davis, Sue Clark, Lynn Stewart,  and Marla Fox.

1.      The meeting started at 2:30 p.m.

2.       Review of the previous meeting and school events.

3.      Review of treasury account: Current balance is:  $2,103.56.

Review December Events

·       Sent flowers to custodian’s home (Mr. Black)

due to father’s death during the holidays.

(no bill or statement has been received yet.)

Projected January Expenses:

·       $9.85 per staff member attending Belle Note gathering.

4.      Discussed and planned January event at Belle Note inviting all staff members to appetizers and  activities on Monday, January 19, 2004 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

5.  The meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
