Parent contact was made by Karen Davis.

Balance as of 10/9/03 as well as we can determine is $2520.04.

• Mr. John’s card and gift certificate for $25 was mailed.
• Lunch for the custodians was bought on 10/09/03 at approximately $7 a person for caretaker week.
• Janie Fields will be asked to make birthday cards for the staff.
• We are still making reminders for social dues.  A deposit of $1160 was made for those collected already.
• We will not have a December party this year.  We will have a winter party after the holidays.  More later.
• Retirement dinner date-----May 6   @ 6:30 at the Faculty Club.
