Social Committee Minutes
May 6, 2003

  Members present: Karen Davis, Cynthia Turner, Brenda Burton, Pam Mitchell, Stefanie Britt, and Dana Rose

Time:  2:30- 3:00  

Old Business:

1.      Continue discussion and planning for Retirement Dinner. The Retirement Dinner will be on May 15, 6:00- 8:30.  Teachers and assistants who are retiring and or leaving Stonewall will be honored during the dinner.  The two teachers who will be retiring are: Charelle Wheeler and Juanita Whitaker.  Others who will be leaving us are: Dana Banton (moving), Sue Kolka (moving), Amy Butkovich (moving), Eileen Langer, and Betsy Horton.

2.      Nurse’s Day was May 6^th.  The school nurse received a card and will be provided lunch on Thursday, May 8^th.

3.      Office Appreciation went well last month.

New Business:

    No new business at this time.
