Stonewall Social Committee Minutes

Monday, February 10, 2003

(2:30-3:00 p. m.)

Members Present:  Karen Davis, Brenda Burton, Pam Mitchell, Dana Rose, and Cynthia Turner

1.        Our committee will organize the cafeteria staff recognition on March 1^st.  Pam will email staff to remind them to have their students make and send cards.  Karen will contact Doug Germann to have it advertised on “Eye on Stonewall.”

2.        Our committee will purchase a gift certificate from Target for the proud new parents, ‘The Musgraves’ helping to welcome their brand new baby boy.  We will purchase a $30 certificate.

3.        Our recent expenses include sending a $30 check to Claudette Albrecht’s church in honor of her deceased brother.

4.        Cards were sent to Teresa Prewitt after the passing of her son’s father and to Marjorie Cornelius (a former staff member) after the passing of her father.

5.        We maintain $1,850 in our account.
