Stonewall Social Committee Minutes – Tues., Nov. 5, 2002

Members Present:  Karen Davis, Cynthia Turner, Brenda Burton, Dana Rose, Nancie Watson, Pam Mitchell, Stefanie Britt

Items Discussed:

1.        Sympathy cards sent to Bettie Ockerman and to Bill Gatliff due to the loss of their mothers.

2.        Social Committee provided refreshments on Tuesday, November 5, 2002 for ProfessionalDevelopment Day.  

3.        Gift certificate from Nevada Bob’s given to Mr. McCaw for Boss’s Day.  Gift certificate given to Mr. Hardy for his birthday.

4.        Selection of holiday gifts for certain members of the Staff was discussed.  Karen Davis and Pam Mitchell will handle purchases of gift certificates.

5.        Staff Holiday Party will be Monday, December 2, 2002 at Quail Run Club House from 4- 6 P.M.  Staff attending will check off their names on a staff list placed in the teachers’ lounge.  There will be a $5 charge for each person.  Money is to be given to Stefanie Britt by Wednesday, November 20, 2002.
