Social Committee Meeting Minutes 

March 5, 2002

The meeting began at 2:40 and dismissed at 3:30.

All members were present at the meeting.

Items of discussion:

1.       Kitchen and Cafeteria Staff Week (March 4-March 8) – Since this is a short week (3/4/02-3/8/02), the activities will take place the week of March 11-March 15.  Each grade level has a “poster” to present to cafeteria staff and Mr. Hardy was given a note to read on the intercom.

2.       Office Staff Week and Secretaries Day – Held the last week of April.  Lunch will be provided for secretaries on Secretaries Day and goodies will be provided for all office staff during that week.

Each classroom will send a card to the office staff.  Reminder e-mail will be sent out to all teachers on April 21.
