Social Committee Minutes from October 2, 2001

Members Present:  Dana Rose, Sarah Erwin, Janet Fisher, and Karen Davis

Members Absent:  Debbie Moore, Teresa Prewitt, and Pam Mitchell

1.        The members of the committee reviewed the social dues that have been collected to see who has not paid.  Written reminders will be placed in teacher mailboxes.

2.        A card will be sent to Rita Evans who lost her father-in-law. 

3.        Three gift certificates were sent to Joy O’Hara for her children. 

4.        Building Custodian Week was discussed and cards will be made in the classroom by individual classes, and Janet will make a banner for display.  Dana will e-mail the teachers.

5.        Mr. Germann will be contacted so arrangements can be made to have the custodians on Eye on Stonewall this week. 

6.         Dana will make a brief outline of the Social Committee Guidelines (calendar of events) to be distributed to the teachers. 

7.        The meeting adjourned around 3PM.
