Social Committee          4/3/01

Members present:  Karen Davis, Pam Mitchell, Debbie Moore, and Lynn Stewart

         Plans were finalized for taking photos and purchasing albums for retirees this school year.  Lynn will be in charge of the albums.  Pam will confirm our reservation for the retirement dinner at Hilary Boone Faculty Club on Thursday, May 10, at 6:00 p.m.  Dinner will be provided for each retiree plus one guest.

        Office Staff Appreciation Week is set for April 23-27.  A card shower will be given that week.  Lunch will be provided by the social committee on Tuesday, April 24.

        Plants were sent to Joy O’ Hara and Ed McCaw.  Flowers will be sent to Heidi Crouse.

        The committee’s bank statement was discussed.  The meeting was adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
