Social Committee Minutes

 The Social Committee met on Tuesday, March 6, 2001.  The committee discussed the honoring of cafeteria staff during the week of March 12-16.  The faculty will be notified, and each class will be requested to participate in a “card” or “poster shower” designed by the individual homerooms.  They may also choose to recognize these ladies in some other way. 

 Plans were made to celebrate “Office Staff Week” on Tuesday, April 24, 2001.  Other items of business were discussed, but they will be finalized at our April meeting. 

 Flowers were sent to Janel deBoer, Regina Adams, and Andrea Guise due to recent surgeries.

 The Hillary Boone Faculty Club was reserved for Thursday, May 10, 2001, for a  dinner to honor our retirees for this year.  Retirement gifts were discussed.

 Members present were: Karen Davis, Pam Mitchell, Debbie Moore, and Lynn Stewart
