Agenda

-Mr. Englebrecht was elected chairperson for the committee. Kelli Gunn and Bonnie Mooney will alternate the recording of meeting agenda and template sent to Ed.

- In order to fulfill goals of the committee, our chairperson will consult with Charlie Hardy (chairperson from last year), to continue working on previously set goals and to insure that we are fulfilling the committee’s purpose.

- Put a message on the school WEB page informing parents that this committee is looking for parent volunteers to participate on the committee.

- The committee will meet at 2:45 each first Tuesday of the month in the music room (room 24), in order to accommodate teachers who are assisting young children with dismissal.

 

Action taken on each item - Talk to Ed regarding use of the WEB page in recruiting parent volunteers for the committee.
