Stonewall Public Relations Committee Meeting

Members Present: Brenda Burton,Kim Sponcil,Stacie Musgrave,Stefanie Britt,Kelly Gunn,Charlie Hardy

Reviewed Parent Involvement Tool Kit. Agreed that the kit is very useful, but need time as a grade level to review and possibly present to our parents at the beginning of the 2004-2005 school year for part of parent orientation.

Will present the tool kit at the next faculty meeting to let the teachers and staff have an overview of the kit as well as possible suggestions on the best way to utilize the contents.

Discussed the components of the tool kit and agreed on components 6,7,8,9.

Discussed including the component of communication with parents to the consolidated plan.
