Items discussed:

Science Fair 2003

D. Moore will submit an article to P.T.A. Newsletter thanking the Science Fair judges.  T. Butler submitted a list of judges to the committee.

D. Moore will submit an article to the P.T.A. Newsletter thanking B. Burton for organizing the Science Fair.

Fifth grade honor roll

T. Butler submitted the list of fifth grade honor roll students to the committee.  D. Moore will write an article for the P.T.A. Newsletter recognizing these students for their academic achievements.

Winterfest 2003

The committee discussed Winterfest.  B. Ferrero has handled the publicity for this event.  Teachers and other staff members are urged to participate in the Winterfest activities.
