Public Relations Committee

Members absent: D. Germann, D. Moore

 Items discussed:

1.      The 1^st week of October is Custodial Appreciation Day.  Thanks to the Custodial staff for all their hard work.  This information will be sent to the newsletter for publication. 

2.      Mr. Germann was re-assigned to take notes at the January meeting due to his absence. 

3.       Old business discussed: 

·        Community Resource Book- Sandy Veinot and Donna Lansden received 11 responses to the survey sent last month.  Ms. Veinot will present them to Mr. McCaw so that he can update the CRB

·        Parent Representative- Becky Ferraro has agreed to be the parent representative for the Public Relations Committee

·        Staff Birthdays- C. Wheeler is sending out staff birthday cards for this past summer and as they occur during the year.
