2. Discussion:
   1. The discussion centered on scheduling the PD recommended by the staff and finding presenters. 
   2. Budget:

1.        The budget for the 2004-05 school year may be cut up to 53%.

2.        Carryover is to be spent by 9-30-04.

3. 24 hours of PD for the 03-04 school year must be completed by May 26, 2004.

3. Action taken:
   1.  Gary Justice will present the PD schedule for 2004-05 to the Council at the May 18^th meeting.
   2. No action taken on budget.
   3. Gary Justice e-mail staff members needing to turn in hours.
