  2. PD Planning for 2002-2003    (Tentative, pending approval) 
August 8  Bluegrass Writing Project  (Recommended Grades 3-5) 4 hours
  Open Response Questions
  Writing Across the Curriculum 
  Grades K-2:   We are still working on this for writing       3-4 hours
August 8 Technology (Integrating Technology / Publishing Writing)  2 + hours
 

Total 6 hours
August 12 Math with Bev Dean (primary + intermediate)          3 hours
August 12 Grade Book Component using STI                          3 hours

Nov. 5   (Fixed PD Day – must be at school) 
  Curriculum Compacting (Full Faculty)               3 hours
   Intermediate Writing Follow-Up (possibly)            2 hours

Also, teachers will still have the flexibility for Individual PD or small group / grade level pd (to meet specific needs)
