September Curriculum Meeting (9/18/03) Minutes

We reviewed the current ESS plan.

Committee agreed that SOS, 4th grade portfolio writing sessions and after school reading and math assistance for grades 1-5 should continue this year.

Committee agreed that homeroom teachers of ESS students will be asked to complete a form to evaluate student progress in addition to using SRI/MST scores.

Next committee meeting we will review and make any necessary changes to the ESS proposal. Proposal will then be submitted to the SBDM council for approval.

Goal to begin ESS on October 13 pending SBDM approval of ESS proposal.
