Committee Name:  Climate, Equity, and Guidance

Purpose: 

1. Work to provide a positive environment for students, staff, and parent;
2. Respond to equity issues as they arise at school and in the FCPS;
3. Promote a guidance program that includes prevention, interventions as needed, and support for students, parents, and teachers.

Agenda: Discuss results of survey; further discuss policies we are to create.

Discussion on each item:  Janice Duncan will tally the results of the survey to be discussed at the next meeting.  Janice Duncan will make copies for the committee members of the policies we are to create and we will all write down our ideas and bring them to the next meeting to compose the drafts

Action taken on each item:  We will meet again on November 23, 2004 to prepare a draft of our policies and discuss the survey results.
