After reviewing the CSIP our committee felt that it would be appropriate to state, “These plans MAY include a technology component.”  Instead of saying WILL.  (This is on page 4 under objective A)  Also on page 6 under objective A, NCEs doesn’t need an apostrophe.  (You know how I HATE to point this out to you!!!) 

(Note to Council – In fact, “NCE’s” is correct.  Check the book, Grammatically Correct, by Anne Stilman, pp. 198-199.  I have shared this with the author of these minutes.)
